Roasted – where startups & lawyers face the heat

#roasted is a new event concept in which experienced lawyers from various specialist areas will shed light on typical mishaps, pitfalls and challenges in the various phases of setting up and expanding a company, i.e. from the idea to the exit, in an entertaining way. The experts will critically examine various aspects and topics. Guests, founders, transfer managers, investors and interested parties will have the opportunity to actively participate in the discussion, the content and the afternoon with questions and input.
On March 6, 2024, #Roasted celebrated its premiere in Dresden, where the lawyers used a fictitious startup scenario to share their expertise on the various growth phases from idea development and product technology to the strategic question of “buy or sell?”. The participants not only received valuable legal insights for founding and expanding a startup, but were also able to ask their individual questions. The subsequent networking opportunity provided space to make new contacts and exchange ideas.
